  • Selah & Salt is a holistic wellness coaching practice rooted in Biblical wisdom with an emphasis on the natural rhythms God created for us.

    My name is Brynn Renné. I am a health and wellness coach specializing in nervous system restoration and gut health.

    At Selah & Salt, I help women step out of the cycle of constant striving by addressing the underlying stress patterns that keep the body in a reactive state. Because your body—including your gut and brain—is constantly communicating.
