NATURE OF COACHING

Selah & Salt coaching is a faith-centered, educational, and supportive service. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or nutritional care, and does not diagnose or treat physical or mental health conditions.

Clients are encouraged to seek licensed medical, mental health, or pastoral care as appropriate.


The SELAH Rhythms COACHING EXPERIENCE™

A 12 week coaching experience where we walk, week by week, through SELAH Rhythms Method. I developed this method to help women step out of constant health striving by calming the gut–brain stress loop through Christ-centered rhythms that restore the nervous system and create steadiness in everyday life.

This coaching experience is for women who:
