A 12-week coaching experience where we walk, week by week, through the SELAH Rhythms Method — a Christ-centered approach designed to help you step out of constant health striving by helping your body move out of a constant state of stress response, restoring your nervous system, and creating steadiness in your everyday life.

  • 12 weekly 1:1 online sessions (60 min/each)

    You will receive tools to help you build rhythms for rest, nourishment, focus.

  • Ongoing E-Mail SUPPORT BETWEEN SESSIONS

    Access to ongoing support during our time together for questions, encouragement, and accountability as you navigate real-life challenges along the way — I will be there the whole way through

  • CLOSING RHYTHM REVIEW

    A final integration session to help you solidify what you’ve built and move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sustainable plan. Interested in continuing beyond 12 weeks? Additional sessions are available.
