This coaching experience may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, a highly prescriptive protocol, or someone to tell you exactly what to take or do next.
My work is centered on helping you step out of the cycle of constant health management by calming the nervous system and building sustainable, Christ-centered rhythms that support your body over time.
If you’re seeking strict diet rules, aggressive protocols, or medical treatment plans, working with a functional medicine practitioner or medical provider would likely be a better fit.
This space is for women who are ready to move away from control and urgency —
and into a more grounded, sustainable way of living marked by stewardship, rhythm, and peace. -
Not necessarily.
Many women who come into this coaching experience are already following supplement routines, specialized diets, or recommendations from a practitioner. It is not my role to prescribe, diagnose, or direct changes to those protocols.
Any decisions regarding supplements, medications, or treatment plans should always be made in partnership with your licensed healthcare provider.
What we do instead is take a thoughtful, supportive approach.
Together, we explore how your current routines and health strategies are impacting not only your physical symptoms, but also your nervous system and overall sense of peace.
For some women, certain supports continue to feel helpful.
For others, simplifying their approach can reduce stress and help the body function more steadily.This process is never about forcing you to remove something that feels important or supportive.
It’s about learning to steward your health in a way that supports your body, your nervous system, and your daily life — without constant pressure or management.
Many women find that as their bodies settle into more consistent rhythms, they’re able to approach their health decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and freedom — in collaboration with their trusted providers.

Selah & Salt is rooted in Christ-centered teaching and Biblical truth.
Many mothers here have walked with Jesus for years. Others are simply curious and exploring faith more deeply.
You do not need to have everything figured out spiritually to belong here. If you are open to learning about living in rhythm with God’s design, you are welcome.
While this is rooted in Biblical truth, the space here is welcoming, not judgmental. You may see Scripture, prayer, or faith-based practices, but there’s no expectation to have it all figured out. Curiosity is more than enough — you can grow into your rhythm one step at a time.

The SELAH Rhythms Method™ is my framework for helping women move out of burnout and constant health striving into a life of steadiness, peace, and alignment.
It integrates Christ-centered spiritual rhythms, supportive daily structure, nourishment, movement, and cycle awareness — all designed to work with the way God created the female body.
At its core, this method focuses on calming the body’s stress response by creating rhythms that signal safety to the nervous system.
When the body is no longer living in constant urgency or pressure, it can begin to function more efficiently and restore balance.
This approach is practical, flexible, and deeply rooted in faith —
helping you steward your health in a way that supports your body and your daily life, without adding more to your plate. -
Over the course of 12 weeks, we work together to help you step out of constant striving and into rhythms that support true restoration.
You’ll learn how to:
Understand the connection between your body, stress, and overall well-being in a practical, approachable way
Recognize patterns that may be keeping you in a state of tension or overwhelm
Establish daily rhythms that support steady energy, digestion, and emotional resilience
Create a sustainable approach to food, movement, rest, and spiritual grounding
Care for your health without constant monitoring or fear
Our time together includes personalized coaching, supportive guidance, and simple tools you can begin applying right away in your daily life.
This isn’t about overhauling everything overnight.
It’s about building rhythms that create lasting peace and stability over time.Your journey unfolds in three phases:
Phase 1 — Assess + Reset (Weeks 1–4)
We bring awareness to your current rhythms and begin gently shifting patterns that may be contributing to stress and imbalance.Phase 2 — Build Structure + Rhythms (Weeks 5–8)
You begin implementing the S.E.L.A.H. principles in a way that feels supportive, consistent, and aligned with your daily life.Phase 3 — Integration (Weeks 9–12)

No. This coaching experience is not therapy and it does not replace medical care.
I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
Instead, this work focuses on education, support, and practical coaching to help you build rhythms that calm your nervous system, support your gut–brain connection, and align your lifestyle with your values and Christian faith.
You are always encouraged to continue working with your healthcare providers alongside this coaching experience.

While coaching does not diagnose, treat, or promise symptom resolution, calming the nervous system and reducing the constant pressure around health can create a foundation that supports the body in functioning more effectively.

This program is designed for busy women. You’ll have practical daily practices that take 10–30 minutes, plus one 60 minute coaching call per week.
The goal is consistency over intensity, helping you build peaceful, sustainable rhythms — not adding more stress.
