You may have spent years researching, running labs, following elimination diets, rotating supplements, and trying different healing protocols for symptoms like gut issues, fatigue, brain fog, or hormone imbalances. You care deeply about your health and want to steward your body well, but the process has begun to feel heavy and consuming.
Many of the women I work with are mothers who are juggling family life while quietly managing symptoms and constantly thinking about what the next step should be.

This coaching experience may not be the right fit if you are looking for a quick fix, a strict protocol, or someone to tell you exactly what supplements to take next.
My work focuses on helping you step out of the cycle of constant health management by calming the nervous system and building sustainable, Christ-centered rhythms that support your body.
If you want highly structured diet rules, aggressive protocols, or medical treatment plans, a functional medicine practitioner or medical provider would likely be a better fit.
This coaching is for women who are ready to shift from control and urgency to stewardship and rhythm.

Not necessarily.
Many women who come into this coaching experience are already following supplement protocols, specialized diets, or recommendations from a practitioner. It is neither my goal nor my job to abruptly remove things that may be supporting you.
Instead, we take a thoughtful and discerning approach.
Together, we look at how your current routines, supplements, and health strategies are impacting not only your physical symptoms, but also your nervous system and your overall sense of peace. For some women, certain supports remain helpful. For others, simplifying their approach can reduce stress and allow the body to function more calmly.
This process is never about forcing you to abandon something that feels important or helpful. It’s about learning how to steward your health in a way that supports both your body and your nervous system — without living in constant management.
Many women find that as their bodies settle into more consistent rhythms, they are able to approach their health decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.

Selah & Salt is rooted in Christ-centered teaching and Biblical truth.
Many mothers here have walked with Jesus for years. Others are simply curious and exploring faith more deeply.
You do not need to have everything figured out spiritually to belong here. If you are open to learning about living in rhythm with God’s design, you are welcome.
While this is rooted in Biblical truth, the space here is welcoming, not judgmental. You may see Scripture, prayer, or faith-based practices, but there’s no expectation to have it all figured out. Curiosity is more than enough — you can grow into your rhythm one step at a time.

Many health programs focus primarily on what to eliminate, what to take, or what to track next.
While those strategies can sometimes play a role, they often overlook a critical piece of the puzzle: the communication between the gut, the brain, and the nervous system.
When the body is living in a constant state of internal pressure — always scanning for symptoms, always trying to “fix” something — the nervous system can remain in a subtle stress response. And when the body doesn’t feel safe, it does not prioritize repair.
The Selah Rhythms Method focuses on calming that stress loop by helping you establish Christ-centered rhythms that support both your physiology and your faith.

The SELAH Rhythms Method is my framework for helping mothers move from burnout and constant health striving into steadiness and peace.
It combines Christ-centered spiritual rhythms, supportive daily structure, nourishment, movement, and cycle awareness — all designed to work with the way God created women’s bodies.
At its core, this method focuses on calming the gut–brain stress loop by creating rhythms that signal safety to the nervous system. When the body no longer feels caught in constant urgency or pressure, it can begin to function more efficiently and restore balance.
This approach is practical, flexible, and deeply Christ-centered, helping you steward your health in a way that supports your gut, your nervous system, and your everyday life — without adding more to your plate.

Over the course of 12 weeks, we work together to gently shift you out of constant striving and into rhythms that support true restoration.
You’ll learn how to:

• Establish daily rhythms that support digestion, energy, and emotional steadiness
• Create a sustainable approach to food, movement, rest, and spiritual grounding

The goal is not to overhaul your life overnight — but to help you cultivate rhythms that support long-term peace and resilience.
Your journey unfolds in three phases:
Phase 1 — Assess + Reset (Weeks 1–4)
Evaluate your current rhythms, habits, and stress patterns
Identify nervous system overload contributing to fatigue and gut distress
Begin gentle resetting of routines and mindset
Lay the foundation for sustainable rhythm and repair
Phase 2 — Build Structure + Rhythms (Weeks 5–8)
Integrate S.E.L.A.H. principles into daily life
Establish consistent, faith-centered morning and evening rhythms

I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
Instead, this work focuses on education, support, and practical coaching to help you build rhythms that calm your nervous system, support your gut–brain connection, and align your lifestyle with your values and Christian faith.
You are always encouraged to continue working with your healthcare providers alongside this coaching experience.

Many women who come to this work are dealing with ongoing symptoms such as gut issues, fatigue, food sensitivities, brain fog, or hormone challenges.
While coaching cannot promise symptom resolution, calming the nervous system and reducing the constant pressure around health can create a foundation that allows the body to function more efficiently.
Often, women begin to experience things like more steady energy, fewer flare-ups, improved food tolerance, and a greater sense of peace with their bodies.
But just as importantly, they learn how to live fully even while their healing journey continues.

This program is designed for busy women and mothers. You’ll have practical daily practices that take 10–30 minutes, plus one 60 minute coaching call per week.
The goal is consistency over intensity, helping you build peaceful, sustainable rhythms — not adding more stress.

Strict routines often create more pressure and can become another thing to perform perfectly. Rhythms, on the other hand, provide gentle structure while allowing flexibility for real life.
The goal is to create patterns in your day that support calm, nourishment, and connection with God — without adding another set of rules to follow.
